I just had a cleaning today. The receptionist, assistant, and dentist were all very friendly and professional. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions.
Under new ownership I called in and Dr.Tran is no longer there April 2021. I bring my entire family to see Dr. Tran for the past year. She is really good with my kids and very gentle with them. She takes time to explain treatments and seems genuine in helping. Starting braces next for my daughter.
I’m one who is traumatized from other dentists. With Dr. Tran she made me and my son feel so comfortable. She explained everything that she was doing. The girls in the front were extremely nice as well. I’m thrilled to get my smile back!
These people lied to me about the cost of service. Told me it was all covered but only half was. After i paid them they submitted another invoice to my insurance for the other half. Scamming liars
