We hired ****** ******, owner of All Bright Tub Refinishing, to refinish the inside of a tub and the inside of a sink. When we hired him, he estimated that the job would take a minimum of 2 hours and maybe more. We certainly expected the job to be completed in one day. One day turned into THREE days. The tub refinish was acceptable. The owner of the company did the work on 12/23/23. The main problem was he did not remove the tub drain prior to applying the tub refinish coating so the new coating covers the ****** of the drain, and the drain cannot be removed in the future without cracking the tub finish. This will perinatally damage the tub finish and could cause it to leak. The smaller drain he installed in the outer body of the original drain failed and broke; I called a plumber who said he could not properly repair th... read more
