We've been using this reliable company for many years. We selected John when we discovered termite damage in our home. It's a local owned family business, which is one of the reasons for our selection, plus, we can't beat the price for the services provided. We remain termite and pest free. If I see a bug in the house, it's a dead one.The product John uses, does't have an odor and it's pet safe. We have 2 indoor dogs and don't seem to be bothered after spraying. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. He charged me $300 for ants and spiders. Told us since we are in Ohio most of the time that if we return and there is an issue he would guarantee his work and take care of it. 34 days later we come back to find piles of dead ants as well as live ones. His response?? Said its only good for 30 days and for $50 he will come back. Below you see he is charging $175 with 3 month guarantee. Really??? Then he sends me an emoji with shades on.
