We are sorry you are not pleased with our services today. We do advertise that pet owners are welcome to stay with PRIOR arrangements. You were told you were welcome to stay but may take a couple of hours. As far as cleanliness, we clean and disinfect EVERY cage in between pets as well as at the end of the day.You did say that your pet did not need a bath so we only did the haircut as requested.

sorry you had a bad experince here, a little heads up that your dog was going to flip out would have been appreciated! It is not safe to trim nails on a pet that is flailing about. I did hand the dog to the owner and he dropped him. Also youshould keep your pet on a leash for its safety and not let it run loose in public.
Nicest people ever. They do an amazing job grooming our kitty. Absolutely would recommend!
First time visit with sprocket and i wasn't sure how he would do, but they were very patient and loving with my boy. He came out looking so handsome.
I have had some bad groomer experiences so was very happy to find this place. They do a beautiful job on my standard poodle and she is always happy as a clam when I pick her up!
Love this grooming business! Been using them since 2009. Called this morning to get 2-50 lb. dogs bathed, and they took them right in! My dogs look great!!!!
