Professional approach. Good at communicating and have a system that reduces the likelihood of having issues/changes once the project starts. Being able to talk to the interior decorators was very helpful. If you don't get the decor, fittings, etc. right you will probably be disappointed no matter how good the build quality is.

First time happy, second time disappointed. We got a main bathroom and ensuite done with ABG 6 months apart. The first one went really smoothly - plans were well laid out and people turned up when they were supposed to. There were a few minor hiccups that were rectified quickly and we were happy with the result. We assumed the second would be the same.
