Steve Williams of All Bath and Counter verbally contracted with me to renovate my kitchen and bath tubs as well as other handyman type activities in March of 2013. We came to an agreement to start work in April based on both our schedules. He didn't have the proper samples or note taking, but he convinced us based on price and his stated experience.
