Great service I got the best guidance from an over-the-phone repairman. Not too many people can brag about that but I can!
No unnecessary service charges. Oh yes, I love these people. They were honest, incredibly affordable, quick to assess the problem, and followed up with me on parts and installation without me having to chase them . When I first called, the manager even offered solutions over the phone to avoid me incurring potentially unnecessary service charges.
Showed up on-time and fixed my appliance The repair man from this business showed up on-time and fixed it. The problem was a loose pulley. The machine was making a terrible noise and i was worried it would be something extreme. Nope, just a loose bolt. The guy showed me the problem and charged me a minimal fee to fix it, which i was glad to pay.
I would recommend their services to anyone! This company came out to my house and we had a dishwasher that had a apparent motor problem, and was looking like it was going to be a lost cause. Their repair man pulled the motor assembly and repaired some wiring. It works like is new now. He gave me a time and was there, when he said he would. He was extremely nice and cleaned up after he was done. I took a chance and am very pleased with the results! I would recommend their services to anyone. And they have a lifetime customer!

PERFECT Time that wouldn't conflict with my work I work 9 to 5 and leaving work early or being late to work just wasn't being tolerated. I explained my problem and they set aside time that was PERFECT for me that wouldn't conflict with my work. I'm fan now.
Great Refrigerator Repair Service I called, left a message. Got a callback and they helped me get a next day appointment. A month ago my fridge was leaking. Two nights ago it stopped because of a visit from them.
