Zero stars. This business is a scam, the worst you can find. Believe all of the 1 star reviews you read about. They will take your money over the phone and they won't give it back. They will waste your time and your money shamelessly and lie 1,000 times. It's a shame this is still happening, to so many people, so much money stolen, a crime that just keeps on going. I'm reporting this business to every authority. They're literally in business for the purpose of stealing your money.
I purchased a transmission for 2008 BMW 528i cost $1,350. A problem came up with availability of the transmission so John gave me a option of waiting longer or a refund. I asked for my money back and had no problem getting my $1,350. He apologized for the delay and offered me a discount if I need any other part from them in the future. I highly recommend this company when they honor their refund policy.
Dont buy from this business. They are a scam. If you look up their address it does not exist. After your purchase they will lie on every call and email and even texts. Wont refund your money in full unless you tell them you will call the police. Save yourself the stress and dont buy from them. They buy parts from junk yards in your area and dont know the condition or anything about the part they sold you. Now they say they cant find records of me purchasing from them.
