The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had, and made the move in process very easy. We got a climate control unit and it is very clean.

My experience with SROA was outstanding. I secured a storage unit on Friday; I used their email documents system (EZ) and got great phone support too! I made my trip on Saturday. By Sunday midday, I'd stored everything in my space. The Johnson City, NY site manager made all of this happen quickly and without a hitch.
