Excellent owner. Very knowledgeable
The employees were unreasonable for what paperwork needed to have water service started. Bring them what they asked for, then something totally different. They made it so difficult we just stayed on well water. So now they have lost a customer & potential revenue. I will continue to enjoy my water rights and continue to fight the rate hikes they seem to need every 3-6 months. My well will soon be solar powered so will no longer be dependent on SRP. At SRP knows what they are doing, unlike the water company!
