Would love to know more details about your complaints... – Since very often the anonymous reviews written on citysearch (and other similar sites) are often written by a competitor or a person with personal vendetta, with the sole intention of harming a company's reputation. It would be very helpful if both of these reviewers would elaborate on these complaints with more specifics. It sounds like simplesolution and bmc_brooklyn are more than likely the same angry person. Useless staff – WIth nice owners, you would expect a nice and responsive staff. Not so. The staff is some of the most incompetent, rude and useless people you've ever met. To get anything done, you need to speak to the owner or his son or start threatening lawsuits.

Absolutely horrible, disaster – These people could not possible have been more dreadful at managing our building. When the new management company took over we found more than $20,000 in accumulated unpaid bills from vendors, suppliers and utilities. The building had a major rodent infestation, the elevator was breaking down constantly, nothing was working properly, and All Area blamed anyone and everyone but themselves for the horrible job they were doing.
