All Animals are very good. I appreciate when they go above and beyond to help their customers. When we had a hurt dog, they waited for us to get him in. We were there just before closing and I kept in touch with them until we got home to pick up our dog. We were very thankful when the vet realized it was a snake bite. With that dog & others, they would normally call to check on them a day or two after the dogs went home. I have been bring my Pure Breed Bloodhound here since was a puppy. The give good advice and have kept my Dog a healthy dog. I would highly recommend this Vet.
my husband and i had just moved to dawsonville. my parents were visiting from out of state with their dog maggie. she was bit or stung by something and her neck started to swell. being new to the area, i didn't have a vet yet so i started through the phone book. it was a sunday afternoon so no one had business hours. i called the emergency numbers i was given by a recording and i was able to get through to a couple different vets. i was told by them to bring maggie to an emergency facility that was about an hour away. i call... read more
