This place is the best, I love for Mario to groom my baby. I would not take my dog anywhere else!
They always have Winston looking good! Very friendly staff and he is always so happy to get there!!!!
We've taken our dogs to Katie for years and we love her! Our dogs are always happy to see her and they alway look great.
I have to say, the latest experience has not disappointed me. Staff was great, friendly, did a terrific job. The Solon was clean. My Talloulah has never looked better. Katie is to thank for that. I will never take any dog there much less my sweet Valentino ever again! Customer service is the worst, the treatment my dog received was even worse. They cut my sweet dog on his under belly and even his genitals, then left cotton balls in both ears, which I didn't find until the next morning. Maria tried to refuse a refund at 1st, then realized that wasn't going to happen. I will tell every pet owner who love thier fur-babies to stay away! Run don't walk! We take our two girls regularly and they look, smell wonderful. They are never stressed either going or coming home. I think it's a combination of carrying groomers and the latin music.....they get their chiwawa on!
Took my dog there on Tuesday to get groomed that evening he wasn't himself at all and I noticed his ears were bothering him. I finally got an appointment today and was told he has a double ear infection that was caused by too much hat pulled out when he got groomed. The vet bill was $130 not to mention $50 for the grooming appt.
