In August I made a deposit on 8 replacement windows. I was told it would be 8-12 weeks. The owner, Marc Carlos, kept delaying installation. In January he said he would have a date by the end of the month. I haven’t heard from him since. He doesn’t return calls. The website is no longer active. I am heartbroken. I am out $3200 and need new windows.
RIPOFF ALERT STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS! We had them come out to measure our windows and gave them half the money as a down payment. They stalled and bought time by saying they messed up and needed to come measure again, which they did. Until eventually we just never heard from them again. Luckily, we paid the down payment with a credit card and we were able to dispute the charge as fraud. From my understanding they have ripped off many other people and have lost their business license.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, during the installation, I heard glass break. I went and looked in the bathroom where I heard the noise, and one of their employees was in there and just kinda shrugged. I looked at the window and everything seemed okay, so I thought nothing of it. About a month later, I noticed that a crack had started to appear from the corner.
