RecommendedWonderful experience from start to finish! I’ve had my new windows and patio door for about 4 1/2 months and am so happy with them...the way they look, work, and perform! Things could not have gone better from the initial stop in the store to the installation! Everyone was so helpful, responsive to questions, knowledgeable, and professional! Great company to work with from start to finish! Love my patio door!! Color exactly matches the old farm house. The initial visit to consult with us was friendly, clear and at convenient time. Secondary visit to confirm purchase and measurements; same professional courtesy. The installation itself a breeze! Friendly courteous professional installed the door in no time. We had our first windows done in 2008 replacing the contractor windows from 1991. The windows are double hung and right from the installation were a vast improvement from the original windows. The quality and ease of cleaning were superior. A few years later replaced the remaining double hungs with casements and a picture window. Again a vast improvement. There was a problem with a defect in the picture window which they took care of promptly with a new window installation. Service and workmanship were good.
We just had some replacement windows installed. The windows look FABULOUS! The installer (Billy Smith) was punctual, professional, and diligent. He even cleaned up the area spotlessly before he left! Bonus: he was very kind and gentle to our puppy. I would recommend All American Window and Doors!
