Worst company i've had to deal with in awhile. Canaopy was a month late. Had to make dozens of calls to figure out why with a diffrent excuses everytime. Finally showed up with no screens. The power port was mounted so close the the rear latch it cant be opened . Side window frames have dings like they were pulled from another canopy. So very disappointed especially for the money paid.
"Third time is a charm" does NOT fit our experience this purchase! Ordered a Leer canopy on Oct. 17th, our third time dealing with All American, and were quoted a 10-12 week delivery. At the end of 12 weeks, on Jan. 14th, we were told it would be in "next week." After WE made two more phone calls, Jan. 18th and 24th, it was stated that the Salem staff had been emailing the plant and hadn't heard back. WE had to suggest an old-fashioned phone call be made!
