Automated phone system is horrible kept sending me to this wrong location but the cranky old man that picks up the phone ain't helpful either. Hung up on me the 1st time. Second time annoyed with me. I'm a fleet mechanic that spends thousands monthly with the palm spring location. Have some patience with your customers. Don't have the patience to deal with people then don't work a job that requires interactions with people. Management do better. Do better. Adrian and Isaac takes great care of us.
