Disappointed we went to this restaurant Sunday, at 5 at 6:30 they locked the door, ran out of food, I ordered 4 different things all sold out, what I did get was good but the speciality Fishermans platter was not available only Seafood available was shrimp and haddock. I traveled 11/2 hours to get here so needless to say they were not exspectimg the amount of Beach goers that came by yesterday!
We dine here often. Tonight totally disappointed. Group of 9 sat at a booth and table. Had plenty of empty tables while we were there. Husband ordered prime rib. It was not ready so he ordered a steak. Well his meal came out 20 min after all 8 of us. He did not eat and left. Management never came over and acknowledged the issue. They comped his beers but not his meal. Very unprofessional and we left disgruntled. We will not be back.
The food is great. The staff is awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. Just love it.
Service was excellent but the food was a bit pricey. Everything tasted good -just expensive
Wasn't a fan that our app of cheesey fries said comes with ranch I assumed a side of ranch not on top.. and my steak sandwich I wasn't a fan of at all, especially the peppers. When it said peppers and onions I assumed just onions and green peppers, not red as well they are too sweet for steak and cheese I just wasn't a fan. Getting a 2 for customer service only they were great and very friendly.
