0 stars they did a HORRIBLE root canal on me couple of years ago that I really didn’t need and, it got infected right away also they did a terrible crown, it fell the next day and they“fix it” twice and it was still bad then they didn’t want to deal with it no more putting excuses with my insurance then, I ended up with a bad treatment, struggling with infection for years visiting other dentist because, I had pain and itch on that tooth almost all the time, until my cheek got swollen from that side and, that’s when I knew it... read more
I used to bring my son here and the wait has always been terrible. What bothers me the most is that every time I brought him here they would say he had a cavities and needed work done. It got to the point to where they ran out our Medicaid filling his teeth. When they said he had three more cavities but Medicaid wouldn't cover it BACAUSE IT'S MAXED OUT we went somewhere else. We tried over and over to get the x-rays sent to the new place but weren't able to. The new dentist found nothing wrong with my son's teeth. No cavitie... read more
Worst place you can go to. Went here because they're in my insurance network but they took over an hour to try and verify. An hour and a half of watching their friends come in and out and I finally had enough and left. Never got so much as a "sorry for the wait". Laughable service. Just go somewhere else and don't waste your time like I did mine.

Terrible customer service. Called on Thursday morning at 9:30 for an appointment for my son, the appointment was scheduled for Friday at 12:00. I provided all of my insurance information to the lady who said she was going to verify the insurance coverage and would call back if there were any problems. Showed up for the appointment on Friday and 45 minutes after the appointment time, they begin trying to verify the insurance. Don't go to this office if you expect any level of professionalism or organization.
