100% rip off. Shun has no clue what he is doing. On Yelp he has 1 star average. If anybody would like to sue him I would happily join in.
At first, they were great. Had time, came right out. Showed me what was going on. I scheduled the appointment. Monday my husband attempted to call to see if more tasks could be added to the appointment. Line is busy the three times attempted. The day of the appointment; Waiting a half hour after the appointment time to call. A woman answers the phone with kids in the background. Stated she was not in the office.
