Vince ********, owner of this company at ************, and his wife Judy ******** refused to do the work I paid the inspection fee for $250 to be applied to the contract for the work on the septic and drain field. We paid on Oct. 18 and I called on Oct 26 and 31st to get a status from anyone but only Joan the office clerk responded with an "uncomfortable" to do the work as their excuse. I waited several months to make a review just to be sure. Our initial impression was good, but there was a miscommunication regarding doing the work. On clearing it up, they were timely, helpful, informative, efficient and their ethics very clear. The price they quoted was scary, but not unreasonable for the service offered after I checked.
