it was ok, rates went up, late fees make it harder to pay
Friendly staff, online promotions and renting, clean facilities, prices not very high, access is reasonably easy... Friendly employees is very important. Thanks for everything!
Would NOT recommend this storage facility. We reserved online based on the reviews and location only to show up and not be able to access the building because it was raining and the “keypads don’t work in inclement weather.” The person working the desk was kind but we wanted to cancel our unit because of the keypad issues and the mold/mildew seen on the inside of the dock doors/curtains when it was supposed to be temperature controlled. Another summer of keeping the stuff there. Another great summer of storage service. ** my last year review ** We used them for keeping our kids stuff as she was between dorms for the summer. The communication was excellent and prompt. Very clean facility
Booking and canceling the unit was easy and staff were helpful. There were also plenty of moving carts and an elevator right by the doors. Would recommend to anyone as long as the hours work with your schedule.
