Best value. Clean place. Very nice people managing the facility.
The storage facility itself is very clean. The access hours are very reasonable. It's the on-line or digital call in payment center that I keep having issues with month after month. Then if I talk to customer service to process my payment it's an extra $10.00 fee. I have been on the phone over an hour today and was finally told to go to the web address the bill pay and then quick pay. I created an account as told and could get to bill pay, then it kept circling back to you have to create an account to use bill pay. I did tha... read more
The place is very roomy and lots of space in the storage unit itself and the customer service in the office works with you very well and they take their time to help you out
Amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and helped me find the perfect truck for my move. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.
