Move in and they jack up your rates to much more than new people pay it's kind of a scam. Security sucks access is terrible sometimes the traffic in there you can't even get inside.
Mary was super helpful, fast and efficient. After booking online. She processed me and got me going in 15 minutes including the tour! A+
