The staff were amazing and friendly and always helpful and fully knowledgeable when answering questions. They keep the building, the units and grounds immaculate!
RENTER BEWARE**** The people that work there are awesome. It’s very clean organized well maintain storage unit HOWEVER they only got three stars because I had a payment due seven days before I was going to move everything out of the unit. They told me I had to pay a full months rent because they only prorate five days. I think that is a TERRIBLE policy so I paid my full month and I will take my lock off of my empty locker on the last day supposed to be. The staff was super nice and helpful. The experience was seamless and quick to get everything setup.
They keep raising rates and not fixing anything the building is not secured. I think someone is embezzling money there. The state needs to investigate this place.. the building is still not secure, has not been secure for over a year and a half. They do not address anyone's concerns. Investigate for embezzling asap!!
