Manager does not return calls nor does he remember what he ttells you. Trying to get sstuff out of storage an manager is non compliant. He must be senile. Tells story a after story but not the ttruth.
Beware Bait & Switch tactics Call got on line and checked their website for availability and pricing, with a 20% discount for the first three months. The website indicated you should to call to verify, which I did. I spoke with a person in the call center verified the price, the discount and reserved a storage unit; I even received a confirmation number. No problem right? When I arrived at the store facility, the person behind the desk (the manager was not there) there was very nice, but could not find my confirmation number... read more
