Always trying to charge for insurance even after I have provided my policy showing that my unit is insured. Not sure if this is management transition issues or if they are just shady. Its getting really annoying though.
Drove over 2 hours to deal with horrible customer service not knowing what they are doing. Used my gas for their mix up then told I need to pay for them to open my unit, but they can't even do that because they don't have cutters. When a business messes up most businesses make it right. This place does not. Will not ever be back.
