I called All American Roofing and Construction on a referral to inspect a roof on a home I wanted to purchase. It ended up having some hail damage and wasn’t actually insurable. Chuck the owner coordinated with the seller to file an insurance claim on there existing policy. The sellers insurance company agreed with Chuck’s assessment of the roof and a brand new roof was installed before we even closed on the home. We were referred to Chuck Kersten and All-American Roofing and Construction by _____Melissa_____ (Realtor.) to handle our Hurricane Beryl damages. Chuck handled the initial inspection with State Farm, and when State Farm denied our roof, he guided us through a successful appraisal award. Chuck and his team installed our roof in one day. Chuck was very professional, informative and amazing to work with. I understand why they say, All American Roofing & Construction are the best roofers in Montgomery Texas.
Chuck was knowledgeable about all the “gotchas” that sometimes come with roof replacements. His transparency on pricing, his advice on material selection, his ability to discuss pros and cons of ventilation methods and his value conscious nature make him a great choice to recommend. He made sure the crew created a roof that anyone would be proud of.
All American Roofing recently replaced our roof. Process was extremely fast from initial visit until final cleanup. The actual time to reroof was one day, including the cleanup. The crew members were very friendly and answered our questions. Cleanup was exceptional. Chuck Kersten kept us in the loop from start to finish which we appreciated greatly. We believe All American Roofing is the best in Montgomery Texas.
