I purchased a pool a week or so ago from the Little Canada location. When I was purchasing it, I told Jerry that I was going to have outside water brought in because we have terrible well water. He talked me out of it (was pretty insistent), and that with the filter added to the hose- it would be fine. I was reluctant, but he made me feel like it was a super stupid idea to have water brought in. BIG mistake!!! Dear Ms. L*****, I am responding to your complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. I will admit that when you showed me the photos of the well water in your pool it was a worse case scenario. I did not insist that you not purchase conditioned water from a water supply source. I did inform you that this would be expensive and I had concerns about the movement of the pool liner and walls. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I will not even give them one star it was so bad. Made the mistake of prepaying for the pool I purchased. the schedule day to install the pool came and I had to call them to find out where my pool was. I was told there were missing parts and they would be at my home the next day. they showed up to tell me they partially installed my pool at the wrong residence so they had to uninstall the pool and then deliver it to my home, the other residence was an hour away from my home... read more
