The service provided by Ariel was great. She provided ongoing help through the buying and install process.
We had an incredible experience purchasing our hot tub here. The service was wonderful, delivery was smooth, and they included SO MUCH for us (cover, lift, stairs, chemicals, extra filters) it was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we LOVE our hot tub! Ariel was the BEST and so easy to work with. She was a great communicator and so kind. Highly recommend All American Recreation!
SOLD ME A POORLY REFURBISHED SPA AS NEW. On top of that, they initially refused to fix the unit after it was delivered to my house saying that it was my responsibility and that I would have to get it removed from the installation site. DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF A SPA HAVING A POWDER RESIDUE. It indicates an attempt to fix a leak using an additive product.
Ariel was such a pleasure to work with when buying our new hot tub. She was very knowledgeable, explained differences in tubs, and showed us several options. She had a wonderful personality and provided us with all the information we needed to make our purchase. Thank you!!! You’re a great asset to the company.
