went for the first time today Saturday March 7th. waitress said sorry we have no burgers today the draft beer was warm and we had to leave before we got our food. waited 1/2 hour. waitress came over 3 times and still no food bad experience for sure!!!!!

Came for one drink and food. Staff was so rude and slow; also it wasn’t that busy. They had 6 bartenders that mostly did nothing. After finishing my beer (slowly waiting to order) and seeing how rude the staff was, I decided not to pay $13 for a burger and went somewhere else.
I was here before the kitchen closed, they asked me if I needed food, I said yes, told me I had 10 minutes, and walked away. Came back. Told me it was too late. And then refused to serve me. Will never come here again.

Been in Charlotte for just over a year and this is by far the worst food that I’ve experienced. Our server, on the other hand, was great.
We were ignored for nearly an hour even after walking directly up to the bar could not get service.
