Very rude!!! This company was suppose to call before they came, did not. We have AHS and they utilize them and their rating are below!!!
We have AHS warranty on our rental home and this company was selected to replace our water heater. When I called to verify when they were coming out all the guy George did was complain that his company was "tired" of doing work that Nichols Plumbing didn't want to do. (Nichols Plumbing was 1st selected by AHS but would never call them back to do the work!) Bottom line this company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They got one star from me only because I had to give it on here, if I didn't have to, they'd have no stars! This company is rude, uncooperative, and do not have the expertise to be in the plumbing business. What took them over 5 days to try to do, another company came in and done it in one day and in 20 minutes. You'll be sorry if you use this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND NOT DO ANYTHING BUT STILL CHARGE YOU!! THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE, NEARLY BROUGHT ME TO TEARS FROM YELLING AT ME!! EVEN AT MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY WHO I WENT THROUGH TO USE THEM, DECIDED TO SEND OUT A DIFFERENT COMPANY AFTER SENDING THEM OUT 2 TIMES ALREADY, BECAUSE WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY CALLED THE OWNER TO GET MY ISSUE HASHED OUT...DECIDED HE WAS A PRICK AND SET ME UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FREE OF CHARGE BECAUSE HE WAS SO RUDE TO HER!... read more
