1.) A lady called to set up the appointment, she stated that the service worker would be out between 10-12. At 12:30, I called to check the status of their arrival and was told they would be out between 10-2. The service worker arrived at 1:55 pm. (That should have been a red flag at that moment) 2.) We had this contractor assigned through American Home Shield home warranty company. When I called him saying we have water on the floor, he told me to turn off the water and he will come in 3 days. Next day I called him and canceled, and guess what happened? He showed up in 3 days, and now he is demanding a $75 service fee and AHS is not willing to back me up on this, saying I have to take it up with him. This guy is so rude and unprofessional... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made this account just to warn anyone thinking of using them. It is a complete joke. Set two appointments no one ever showed for either one both times they claim they have no appointment for us. I can't believe actual humans are involved in this business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The plumbers are so rude. I was told so many different times and dates for my service, no one was willing to give me a specific date or time for service. When I called each number listed on the business card given to me I was always given another number to call to get 'the specifics". I was told my water heater would be fixed on Monday, its Wednesday and no one has been out. I will not be recommending All American Plumbing to anyone, ever. If I could give ZERO stars as a rating I would.

Complete joke. Came to house through American Home Shield. Did zero work and left. Lied to my face and claimed my spouse cancelled the service.

I had excellent experience with guy that came to fix my plumbing. When you flush toliet and turn on sink: the water in sink would stop running completely. Mr . Harris was so professional and knowledgeable. He knew the problem and fix it in thirty minutes. what a terrific job and guy.

I had an excellent experience with All American Plumbing. The pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking. I called Friday morning and they came Saturday morning. The man was professional and courteous. He completed the whole job perfectly in 20 minutes. I think each experience is what you make of it. You get what you give!

Scammers! I would give them zero stars if posssible. Our waterheater broke and AHS send All American . We asked for top of the line , energy saving heater and we would pay the difference in cost. They installed the waterheater and we had to pay and extra $400. ( this included service and haul away costs). When we looked up on line what this waterheater would cost in the store, we found out that it would cost around $460.!!! The insurance company paid All American $600.
