Man! I have spent weeks looking on facebook marketplace and shady roadside dealerships for a decent car and a decent salesman. After plenty of those experiences I went in with low standards and low hope. Man was I wrong! EJ did an amazing job making me feel like I was right at home talking to a friend! I didn’t really plan on buying the car I bought today but the vibes were just right! No pressure and smooth easy process, I couldn’t recommend them more!
EJ was the sale representative that I came in contact with. He is very motivated and very persistent in a good way as a sales rep. My experience as a customer was no pressure sale unlike others that I have encountered in my several experiences with purchasing a vehicle. EJ is a great communicator and these days videos and responses to text is the way things are done to expedite wait time in the office. I had a great experience at this dealership thanks to Brian and Juan. They were straightforward, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I had a pretty strict budget, and they really worked with me to make sure I stayed within my range on what I wanted without any pressure or surprises. Customer service was amazing. Brian helped me find the car of my dreams and was super friendly and nice. He helped me find the cheapest but best options for insurance and made the process way better then other places Ive been to. They aren't pushy with sales and are very respectful people. I definitely recommend coming in. They have a bunch a beautiful cars waiting for a new owner!
Hector & Darhon was very welcoming & friendly. They helped us get the car that we wanted quick and easy. They made sure we was comfortable. Came to AA to buy our very first car back in 2018 & we came back to purchase our 2nd family vehicle on 3/6/26! Definitely coming back for my dream Lexus car!
