The pricing is good here but the customer service experience is unprofessional. I have made many purchases from here and usually I get good, efficient information but lately the communication between employees verifying if items are in stock and quoting prices has been terrible! I surely hope it gets better soon!

I bought a Loveseat from AAM&F and the headrest cracked due to manufacturing fault. AAM&F contacted the manufacturer and got me a new loveseat at no cost. I even got to keep the damaged one (win for the kids game room)! Every piece of furniture in my home is from AAM&F. Probably the greatest furniture store ever. I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed.

I honestly had the best experience here. I have never purchased my own bed/mattress/furniture before so I was very unsure on what I really wanted. I’m sorry to say I can’t remember the name of the woman that helped me but she was fantastic! She took her time to understand what I needed and considered what I might like. She gave me honest answers and opinions to my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great customer service!
