RecommendedI would recommend all American mattress and furniture if you’re getting things like a dining room table or a bedroom set. They have great financing tools and work with your budget. The only thing i didn’t quite care for was that everything took forever for us to receive and that the couch and love seat that we purchased when sitting on it feel like sitting on plastic cushions, they’re not comfortable at all. I purchased a dinette set on April 15th the dining table top has started scratching so easily you can scratch it with your fingernail. I contacted all American furniture talk with Alex told him we love the furniture set but there was an issue with the table could he replace it. I’ve read all the great experiences others have had here but I did not at all have the same experience. First thing was the lack of customer service, walked in and was told wait right here so we stood for 10 minutes right inside the door until someone could walk us around this tiny room packed with furniture (none of which is what I saw advertised on their site) while waiting saw roaches crawling around, then when we were finally helped I told the lady two sofas I was interested in so she said wait right here and I’ll check.... read more
We have purchased furniture from Alex 3 times in the past 4 years. The only issue we have had was a box being missing when we got home. I immediately called Alex and let him know and told him I would gladly return to pick them up the next day but wouldn’t be able to until after 5 PM, instead, he had it delivered to my front door the next day. they do not stand behind their products. my chair broke 5 days after I bought it, took 3 weeks to get repairmen out to house, they couldn't fix so they send out another repairman. wrong parts. I still cannot use my chair and it will be 2 or 3 weeks. I texted again and American Furniture is saying its Catnapper issue and to contact them. Customer Service stinks
