All American Mail Center is one of Napa’s best kept postal/shipping secrets. Truly amazing service! Not only are the lines always short (because their service is so quick and efficient) but their prices are incredibly reasonable and they truly CARE about their customers. Case in point: UPS “misplaced” a package that was expected to arrive before Christmas. All American Mail Center took it upon themselves to open an investigation and find the package. One star because I can't go zero stars. They were supposed to ship wine to my house and it was damaged. Now they have it and won't file a claim for me which I cannot file myself. Always asking for more and more from me but no action on their part. Won't answer emails or return calls either. Brutal customer service.....

I had an expensive purchase from Winebid that I needed help in shipping to Michigan. They were all amazingly helpful, thoroughly consulting, and diligent as to my needs and concerns (Adrianna especially). Even when they were super busy, they made sure to be professional with me, and that I had a consoling sigh of relief while doing business with them. I'll be doing all my shipping with them from this day forward. Thanks again guys!
