I had an expensive purchase from Winebid that I needed help in shipping to Michigan. They were all amazingly helpful, thoroughly consulting, and diligent as to my needs and concerns (Adrianna especially). Even when they were super busy, they made sure to be professional with me, and that I had a consoling sigh of relief while doing business with them. Could you please please try to not go so overboard on the packaging materials and plastic when you ship stuff? It breaks my heart every time to see how much plastic and packing peanuts, etc. you guys put into the box. It could survive a nuclear bomb but it doesnt need to. I know you're trying to help probably. but its so unnecessary and so so horrible for the planet.
