Absolute amazing customer service! A kind young lady helped me return an Amazon package that I was having a hard time with , she was very patient with me. She showed me how to start the return and how to get the label that was needed to put on my package.

All American Mail Center is one of Napa’s best kept postal/shipping secrets. Truly amazing service! Not only are the lines always short (because their service is so quick and efficient) but their prices are incredibly reasonable and they truly CARE about their customers. Case in point: UPS “misplaced” a package that was expected to arrive before Christmas. All American Mail Center took it upon themselves to open an investigation and find the package. One star because I can't go zero stars. They were supposed to ship wine to my house and it was damaged. Now they have it and won't file a claim for me which I cannot file myself. Always asking for more and more from me but no action on their part. Won't answer emails or return calls either. Brutal customer service.....
