One star because I can't go zero stars. They were supposed to ship wine to my house and it was damaged. Now they have it and won't file a claim for me which I cannot file myself. Always asking for more and more from me but no action on their part. Won't answer emails or return calls either. Brutal customer service.....

I had an expensive purchase from Winebid that I needed help in shipping to Michigan. They were all amazingly helpful, thoroughly consulting, and diligent as to my needs and concerns (Adrianna especially). Even when they were super busy, they made sure to be professional with me, and that I had a consoling sigh of relief while doing business with them. I'll be doing all my shipping with them from this day forward. Thanks again guys!

Could you please please try to not go so overboard on the packaging materials and plastic when you ship stuff? It breaks my heart every time to see how much plastic and packing peanuts, etc. you guys put into the box. It could survive a nuclear bomb but it doesnt need to. I know you're trying to help probably. but its so unnecessary and so so horrible for the planet.
