Perfect job done on time with no breaks
I am very pleased with the refinishing job they did on my floor. The floor has been finished for over a month. It looks excellent. Mr. Stakelin worked with me to expedite the job, which I greatly appreciated. His price was very competitive. He and his crew were professional and courteous and obviously had the experience necessary to complete all work to my satisfaction. he finished the work in two weeks and was very professional. I have waited on other companies to do what it took him a day and half to do for two years and they didn't do it. So when he finished i was very happy. He touched base with me on every step to make sure that i was happy with it. I would recomend him to everyone and keep his card for the future when i need him for my clients.
Excellent professionals. Gave the lowest quote, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up at the end of the day and finished on time. Great quality work, I would recommend Landon and his crew to anyone.
Extremely professional, punctual, personable. Landon and his assistant Corey were unfailingly gracious. They were also fully capable of solving problems in creative ways in our old money pit. Great customer service at first but when the company showed up to the project they had some other guy in charge. The owner was out of town and only email me when the job was done. I wrote him back about my concerns on how the folks he has working for him were hardly on time and it took a week to finish a small job. I think for the money and the end results were the reason I gave them 4 stars because I feel they can fix the customer service portion. I would have them do a job for me again.
The floor looks great. I also was given advise on care and products to be used on the floor. I would use them again.
He was meticulous. The bid was accurate. I thought the price was reasonable. Not only did he do the floors. He removed carpet and did the steps.
I had prefinished hardwood installed, they did a good job and finished within the time frame expected. The floors look great!
