Scheduled with this company to a have a construction project done. At time of scheduling I was told that final preparations for the job would be made a week prior to start date of project. When I contacted them to go over the few items that needed to be put into place I was told that they could not meet my last minute requirements and were cancelling the job. I had mentioned these items at the time of scheduling so they were well aware of what I was requesting.
