Been a Ford customer 20+ years not to mention an returning customer of All American for 10 years. Have been in contact with All American for several months and was promised that they would work with me and give me a great deal. Walked in tonight, dealt with Ray who couldn't be bothered to work with me and get me that great deal and flat out told me to go back to another dealership that gave me a lower price. Thanks for nothing Ray / All American
Took my truck in for a recall...they had it for 3 days and did NOTHING!!!! Now we just got another recall....hate to bring it back....ugh
