Corporate has unethical business practices. Keep detailed records when you try to cancel your membership. I cancelled mine in 2006 and was autodrafted 3 days ago. I called again to cancel and there were "no records" of either my wife or I calling to cancel. Asked me if I had a confirmation number of any of the times I called. Later in the conversation the corporate lady said they told me wife in November of 2008 that I needed to sign something when she called to cancel.
