Rebel's All American crew did a fantastic job at my place. Everything was done just as I asked and everything was very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better crew to work on my place. The house is not the easiest to work on but they took their time and made sure everything was correct. Kudos to the crew at All American Exteriors.
An April, 2012, hail storm totaled our roof and put holes in our siding. A neighbor referred us to All American. From start to finish, staff were helpful and focused on quality. The new roof was completed in one day and looks wonderful still. The workers who installed our roof and siding were very skilled and hard working. They were also respectful of our property. There was no mess to clean up after they finished. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again or refer them to others.
We did tell our friends about it. We used All American Exteriors and Rebel Snodgrass to apply new siding and replacement windows on our home. They did such a good job we recommended them to some of our friends who then used All American for their homes' needs. Rebel and his company were prompt, did what they said they were going to do and had good cleanup when they were finished! The house looks very nice and the product is a good product. We are very happy with the finished job!
They did my gutters and were scheduled to come out on a Friday exactly a week after I ordered them. They called on Thursday asking if they could come that day one of those 110 degree days. I thought they were calling to cancel. They are professionals, though, and did a great job in the heat of the day. I would totally recommend AAE. In fact a friend in town recommended them to me in the first place because they were so happy with two jobs that were done for them.
Stay away at all costs. Owner's sales pitch is contrary to what actually happens. Used two different kinds of house wrap, both different from what was stated in the contract. Damaged the electrical box and after being asked about it blamed everything but the sun and would not take responsibility for it. Damaged landscaping and used air conditioner to rest metal planks on (used to walk between ladders for installation of siding).
