Rebel was a pleasure to work with and was prompt, personable and professional. I received all the information I needed from him and the estimate went out to my insurance company the same day. Rebel came to our home and walked us through what needed to be done after a storm went through. We sent the quote off to the insurance and had problems with them wanting to pay. Brian went to bat for us taking a lot of stress off me and when it was done he got the full replacement cost from our ins. We got the call that they would be out at 7 to do the roof. All American exteriors came and installed a roof on our house. Brian came to our house and showed us different styles of roofs and helped us pick out the right one for our house. He answered all of our concerns about getting the right roof and set up a date that worked for us. When the day came they were on time and got it done in one day. They cleaned up everything around the house and we love our new roof and plan on having them install the siding on our house. I recommend them for anything you need done.
We would like to say thank you for talking us into the Metro Steel Roofing. We opted to have vinyl siding on the third story chimney from the rear and have the vinyl to the side connecting to the wood siding. I contracted with Rebel Snodgrass and All American Exteriors recently. I used them to put on new shingles and replace a couple areas of roofing due to leaks. Rebel is very professional working with his customers and his crew does very good work. Not only was the cost very competitive, they started the job only three days after signing the contract. I was very pleased with the work the company did in installing gutters on my home. They did a nice job cleaning up after installation. They were afraid they could not do the job. One phone call to the office and they came right out to check on the work. A neighbor told me what a nice job they did and was very impressed with the work.
The fellows that did the work on our home did a very good job. The gutters were done rite. If the others had done it rite and told me the truth about what they sold me I wouldn't have had to pay more. It would have been rite the 1st time. I would tell anyone looking for the job rite the 1st time to phone All American and speak to Brian Stanley. He's the man for the job.
A few years ago we were looking to upgrade the siding and roof on our home. All American seemed to have exactly what we were looking for.
