Well, I have to say that I could not be any more disappointed. I am a first time caller at 3:39 PM on a Wednesday afternoon and the phone just kept ringing. Are you shut down? closed for business? Why are there no message letting customer who are coming to you for services told anything about your status of operation? Customer service is about communication. Where is your website?

yes, it is difficult to get an appointment but it is well worth being persistent! these people know what they are doing. they fixed my chimney that had been smoking up my house for 3 years despite several visits from other chimney sweeps. I am a big fan of All American Chimney Sweeps!

All American Chimney Sweeps & Builder performed very professional and good quality work with reasonable price. I do recommend this company.

All American was professional and performed quality work . Their pricing was reasonable. They were flexible in meeting our needs and went "the extra mile" when part of the job did not meet their standard even though it was not necessary or expected.

This company is less than a 1 star rating. They don't answer phone calls, wont return calls 99% of the time. When they do return a call and set up a service they don't show up! Total joke of a company, avoid this place like the plague.
