Disclosure: I am not a customer of this guy and after my experience with him, I never would be. About 3 weeks ago, around 12:35P on a Sunday, my friend and I were cycling back to Byron on 42. We were passed by a silver car loaded with people. No big deal until we got around the next corner. I hired AA chimney sweep to clean my chimney. I was informed that I needed a new pan, cap and bridge for the chimney for a cost of $625. On the date of install, and AFTER the new cap, pan, and bridge was installed, I was informed that I had a crack in my chimney. My chimney is stucco and AA Chimney could only work on brick. My contractor who fixed the crack showed me how the pan was not the correct size and therefore an excessive amount of caulk had to be used to create a seal.
