I purchased a 2026 traxs 1RS white because there limited on colors so I went with it. It wasn't god awful could have been better dealing with the dealership took about 7 hours for a simpler normal deal As my trade was also a 2026 and I was not in the negative but with the back and forth and only wanting to sell (obvious) what's on the lot I ended being the last one to leave after closing so no help getting onstar or siriusxm set up management only seemed to worry about the deal so no help from them at all to making sure car ... read more

Checked in for an oil change. Informed the front desk that I had free dealership oil changes for 2 years. I was told to just pull up the Chevrolet app to redeem awards for the service. This was my first time needing l/scheduling an oil change since get my car last August. I did schedule the appointment via app. I was informed by the correct dealership that the oil change was not to be at this location.
