My brother was thinking about buying his first car. I looked at a lot of dealers that talked in circles. I talked to Rob he got my brother approved over the phone ( we came from Novi) so we could be sure he could get into something. Rob was so patient my brother test drove a lot of cars just to be sure. Rob was very helpful, everyone was very nice. This was by far the best first car buying experience!! Thank you guys for making my brothers first car buying experience a great one.
