Love this company! We called on Thanksgiving about our dishwasher. Because of the holiday, a live person at the answering service took our call. Within an hour, Boris called back to get details on what we wanted done --- repair the dishwasher and install a new garbage disposal. He ASKED if he could call back at around 7 am the next morning from the office. He called at 7:15 am and had a repair person (Jon B.) at the house by 10 am. Found this company thru the Yellow Pages and called for repairs to a Samsung refrigerator and a Maytag washer. **** **, the technician, came out during the afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problems, but did not have the necessary parts. He needed to order them and would return as soon as parts came in. Within a day or so we were notified the parts were in and they could return to do the repairs the next day. ****was running behind but still came late afternoon and repaired both appliances very quickly. I was extremely impressed with the service. The guy was very professional, friendly, ON TIME, and fast!! He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He even told us that we could call Samsung about a replacement since their was rust in areas and the unit was only a 1 1/2 old with a 10 year manufacture warrenty. This was something Samsung never told us. Thank you!!! Fully trust this company (and I don't trust many people; let alone a company).
