Called to ask for assistance on my under-the-counter U Line icemaker (not making ice). I was assured they could handle the job. Waited for almost a week before technician was able to come out. He spent about 30 minutes to tell me my water valve had failed and it would cost hundreds to replace and would take several days. I mentioned to him that the icemaker also exhibited problems with stop making ice when full. I asked him if he could address that issue as well. My oven burned a cake to a crisp and gave me a code F90. My usual repair company said they did not know what it meant so couldn't fix it. I called All American. Cindy found out the meaning of the code right away and I had a repairman at my house in two days (pretty fast considering it was almost Thanksgiving). Both the office staff and the repairman were friendly, professional and I would recommend them heartily.

Great company. Used them many times for various appliance problems through the years. Just used them today for a problem. They arrived in a timely manner, knew exactly what the problem was and how much it would cost and how to fix it. Never happy when I have an appliance problem but always happy to know I can call them and it will get repaired.

Overall I was satisfied with the service provide by All American Appliance Service. The repairman came at the back end of the schedule window, which is never fun to sit around and wait for. But once he showed up and got to work, the job was done quickly and seemingly quite well. There was a slight customer service issue after the repairman left. But it was cleared up with a manager the next day.

We hired them to repair a washing machine. Repair person did a great job. Very professional. The cost was quite reasonable. We paid $69 for a estimate. That was deducted when we hired them to do the work. They replaced timer and water pump. Waited just one day for parts. Total cost around $335. They also helped balance the washing machine, It was an all-around great experience!

I have had a very positive experience with All American.. I needed repair work done on my dishwasher and stove. The employee was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again for service .

I found this Company online. I called and made an appointment. I was given the hours from 12 to 5. I waiting all day. I did not leave my house. I was told someone would call me. So I waited and waited and waited. So around 4 I call to see of someone was still coming to fix my dryers. The guy on the phone asked for my phone number and said he didn't see a scheduled appointment for me... I just hung up because I spoke with someone for 30 minutes and made and appointment. POOR SERVICE

We enjoyed working with this company. All American Appliance Service repaired several our appliances, including the dishwasher and the washing machine. Every time it was easy to schedule the service visit, they always arrived on time, and they always had spare parts in their truck eliminating the need in a repeated visit. The owner of the company, *****, is professional and efficient and the repair people are polite and knowledgeable.
