I hardly write any review but I felt I need to let others know my story. The technician Loui came over to perform normal system maintenance and told me that the compressor was having hard time to start. So he added a new hard starter but forget to remove the old starter that came with the unit. Over the weekend the old starter short circuit and burnt the wires. I called Mr. Loui to check and see what was the problem, he told the relay was bad and asked for $800 to replace the burnt wires and relay. Luck me I had the Fidelity... read more

I would like to think all American heating and air. Mary trustworthy and efficient with their work. Great customer service they walk you through and show you all that they do so there is no discrepancies of discharge and you know what you pay for. All American heating and air is not your mom and pop. they have a vast majority of products and were able to install, my brand new AC unit and a coil the very next day. $750 out (wanted to charge $900) for r22 coolant refill (obvious misdiagnosis) as the problem i hired and paid these guys for is still the problem. my AC does not blow air so i don't know why they kept saying it's coolant. mr. robert came back out and this time he said the unit is old and don't like the bakersfield heat, rinsed the filters and left. (trying to get me to buy into a new $10,000+ unit??) i don't know but in my view, anything mechanical, old or new can be repaired. and now it appears my number is blocked. anyway... read more

Fast and friendly and very reliable, helped us out with our ac unit going out during this heat wave. If anyone needs anything with AC/Heat, I would highly recommend hitting Robert up :)
