Nima provided our first scheduled maintenance today on the Carrier AC that All American AC installed two years ago. Nima was very pleasant and helpful. We will ask for him on future maintenance visits. Our house is 30 years old and we had concerns about humidity. Nima took the time to look at the door seals and the duct work in the attic. We were very happy with All American AC when they installed our new AC. Now we are very satisfied with their employees and the scheduled maintenance program.

I called Friday morning and John, our Tech, came out right after lunch. Walked in our condo, and looked a the unit and stated he would need to go to the roof and look but would be right back. Five minutes later our air is blowing cold and he was gone. So nice to have a true professional that diagnosed the problem, was honest and very nice. He charged us a very reasonable service call and off he went. Great job John and All American Heating and Air. Highly recommend their professionalism and honesty.
Called this morning after viewing reviews online. The lady answering the phone was friendly and efficient. Within an hour I received a call from my technician Don letting me know he was 10 minutes away. He was thorough and the issue ended up being more involved than I had originally anticipated. He updated me prior to beginning repairs and stayed on the job until all was repaired and functioning well. Don was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and thorough.
