If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Solomon is hands down the best at explaining things, being very transparent, and is incredibly knowledgeable. He’s quick and efficient and gives great customer service. For any of your HVAC needs ask for Solomon!

Yuri was awesome! Called ahead to say “25 minutes out,” and he was ringing my doorbell 25 minutes later. All American let me know everything ahead of time, including $95 service charge for coming out and then whatever parts and labor were. Going without air-conditioning for two days in Florida, I would’ve basically paid anything. He fixed the issue and it was literally $40 for parts and labor for an hour of his time and the PVC correction he made.
