Says 24 Hours on google yet you call at 7:30 and their answering service says they can leave a message or call back during regular business hours. Update****** in response to me apparently lying. Great company - my AC fan stopped working, diagnosed as a bad capacity, the unit wasn't registered with the warranty company when we purchased the house, so it wasn't under warranty. However, they covered the cost of the part and just charged me the fee to come out. Also, the bearings in the fan were squealing, he went the extra mile and lubed it up - a temp. fix, yes, but one that will save my ears for now until I have to replace the fan motor. If you have HVAC issues, call All American AC!
Had an issue with the builder prior. Attempted to have the builder resolve the issue, which never happened. I was hoping when contacting the installer of said A/C and ducting to fix the issue. When I contacted them, they advised me they would charge me for said repairs unless the builder would cover the charges. Highly unsatisfied with the service that has been provided.
