Had another great service call yesterday with Mike. He always does such a thorough job and is so friendly. He wore a mask and shoe covers and kept an appropriate social distance. Our furnace fan burnt out unexpectedly one morning, leaving the house freezing and with an odd burnt electrical smell! I called Donna, and she had a tech out to our house within 3 hours, and the fan was fixed shortly thereafter. Mark, the owner, and Kathy, the business manager, are great, honest and hands-on people that will work with you to get your system fixed, fast! Highly recommend calling All Air.
We’ve used All Air for close to 20 years and have NEVER had issues. Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for our HVAC needs!
Firstly, Mark (the owner) is fair, personable and understanding. His business employees professional and thorough workers. Most of all, his prices are reasonable.
