All Air Mechanical were great from start to finish. Andrew, Nathan and Erick all were great to work with. Their communication through the job was excellent. They also made sure to be cautious of belongings and also cleaned up after themselves. Overall great experience. Thanks again for the thorough job in replacing the air duct to our HVAC.
The mechanic was very helpful and nice and did everything he can to make sure our heater was working. He was awesome 10/10. Although the coordinator/schedule person has HORRIBLE communication skills. Waited a whole two hours because we didn’t hear from the coordinator. I had to call the coordinator and get updates instead of the coordinator communicating with us. Then we waited for another hour on top of that. If we have a set schedule for 9 am then make sure someone is here !! Not here at 12 pm. If the OG guy can’t make it ... read more

If their drivers are any indication of their service I’d steer clear. Guy didn’t yield to the right of way and almost caused an accident.
You have a business that needs a unit done. Please do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this company and find yourself a reputable one they change the heater in our unit stating it was better than the one we had before. Come to find out the unit they installed Had AC, but did not have heat. Never mind you. We have a newborn in our family and now we have a house with no heater. Imagine how we had to deal with seven months went passed by. They did not change the unit. They added something to it and they said oh now you’... read more
